About Rotman Digital
Our Role
Rotman Digital’s role is to provide support to Rotman faculty and staff on the design and development of online courses. This includes instructional design, application of learning science, implementation of educational technology, advanced Quercus functionality, and more.
Providing our expertise and support to faculty and staff ensures that Rotman students receive a consistent, high quality online learning experience.

Mihnea Moldoveanu
Academic Director, Rotman Digital
Mihnea is the Academic Director of Rotman Digital. He has enjoyed parallel careers as an entrepreneur and academic. He joined Rotman in 1999 and jointly developed the concept of Integrative Thinking with Dean Roger Martin and he is also the founder of Redline Communications, Inc. a leading manufacturer of wireless broadband telecommunications equipment. In 2008, he received Canada’s “Top 40 Under 40” award.

Jeff Quinlan
Manager, Digital Learning
In 2015 Jeff was brought on to oversee the development of online resources for the Full-Time MBA program. Since then Jeff has helped Rotman transition to the Canvas LMS, developed a widely-adopted online academic integrity module, and supported Rotman’s shift to fully-online teaching in 2020. When he’s away from the office Jeff is an avid cyclist, analog music enthusiast, and Blue Jays fan.

Jahanzeb Ahmad
Digital Learning Assistant
Jahanzeb joined Rotman Digital in 2019 to provide additional Quercus support to faculty. He helped develop and design various online learning resources for Rotman, and runs the Rotman Digital Newsletter for staff and faculty. In his non-Rotman time, Jahanzeb likes to stay active by weight lifting. He also enjoys drawing, playing piano, watching movies and TV shows. His favourite show is Breaking Bad.

Mohammad Sardar Sheikh
Data Scientist
Mohammad is working at Rotman as a Digital Skills Analyst. He is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Statistics, Economics, and Mathematics and plans to graduate with high distinction. During his time away from the screens, he likes hiking, swimming and cycling, and playing raquet-related sports.

Peizhi (Page) Wu
Digital Skills Analyst
Page is working at Rotman as a Digital Skills Analyst. He graduated from the University of Waterloo majoring in Statistics & Financial Analysis and Risk Management. He is currently pursuing a post graduate degree in Master of Financial Risk Management at Rotman. During his free time, he likes playing badminton, basketball and skiing.
