Rotman Digital provides support and guidance to Rotman faculty and staff in the effective use of educational technology across the School. Our areas of expertise include instructional design, video production, learning science, generative AI, advanced Quercus functionality, and more.

Mihnea Moldoveanu

Academic Director, Rotman Digital

Mihnea is the Academic Director of Rotman Digital. He has enjoyed parallel careers as an entrepreneur and academic. He joined Rotman in 1999 and jointly developed the concept of Integrative Thinking with Dean Roger Martin and he is also the founder of Redline Communications, Inc. a leading manufacturer of wireless broadband telecommunications equipment. In 2008, he received Canada’s “Top 40 Under 40” award.

Jeff Quinlan

Manager, Digital Learning

In 2015 Jeff was brought on to oversee the development of online resources for the Full-Time MBA program. Since then Jeff has helped Rotman transition to the Canvas LMS, developed a widely-adopted online academic integrity module, and supported Rotman’s shift to fully-online teaching in 2020. When he’s away from the office Jeff is an avid cyclist, analog music enthusiast, and Blue Jays fan.

Digital Learning Assistant

Jahanzeb joined Rotman Digital in 2019 to provide Quercus support and training to faculty. He is an instructional designer and helps develop and design various online learning resources for Rotman. He also runs the Rotman Digital Newsletter for staff and faculty. In his non-Rotman time, Jahanzeb likes to stay active by weight lifting and golfing. He also enjoys playing piano, and watching movies and TV shows. His favourite show is Breaking Bad.
