Two Screen Crestron Setup #

On the home screen, select the dual source option. This is only available in classrooms with two screens (Classrooms 127, 133, 1065, LL1060, LL1035, LL1030, LL1025, LL1020, LL1010).

The default sources should be “PC (Annotation)” and “PC Right Screen”. If the instructor want’s to connect their laptop instead they can select “Laptop Input” too.

If you want to use the document camera (points down directly at the podium) you should only display it through the left monitor as it will be your main screen. Unlike the camera feeds, the document camera will take up the whole screen.

You can switch between the camera feeds for the Zoom call here. Presenter Cam will point at the instructor at the podium, while “Audience Cam” points at the students.

In classrooms with one screen (Classrooms 142, 147,151, 157,368, 374), the default source will be the classroom PC, however, instructors can also connect their own laptop as the main source (in that case select “Laptop (HDMI)” as the source). You can also switch to the document camera from here.

Select Web Cameras to see the camera feed options. Here you will see the options to switch between “Audience” and “Instructor”

However in these rooms you can also Zoom in and out, and even move the camera around!

You can do this with the D-pad and the Zoom In/Out buttons.
