Embedding Poll Everywhere into a Quercus Page

This guide will demonstrate how to embed Poll Everywhere’s activities into a Quercus Page. 

This guide does not show you how to create polls. If you don’t have a Poll Everywhere Account and want to get access/learn how to create polls, Click here.

In Poll Everywhere: #

1. First start on your Poll Everywhere account. Make sure you are on your Activities page and from there, select an activity. 

 

2. Once you are on your Activity, click on the Present tab in the right hand menu. Then click on the Share and embed dropdown menu.

  

3. In this Share and embed drop down, you can retrieve the embed scripts for the response link and the live results (if necessary). The response link will still collect responses for an inactive poll. To display the live results, the activity will need to be active.

In Quercus: #

4. You can embed these scripts from Poll Everywhere directly into a Quercus page. First click the Edit button at the top right corner on any page.

  

5. In the Rich Content Editor, click on the embed icon (cloud shaped icon). If you don’t see this icon, just click the three dots icon at the end of the tool bar and it will be there.

 

6. Once you click this icon, you can paste the embed code into this pop up window and click Submit and Save the page.
