Let’s say you want to import grades from an external platform or maybe you recorded grades in an CSV file and you want to post them to the Gradebook. Well you’re in luck as Quercus allows you to import grades from CSV files. The process starts with downloading the CSV export of your Gradebook first as you will need the correct template for the import to work. After you have the exported CSV from Quercus, you simply add a new column with a new assignment name, add the grades, and import it back into Quercus. See all the details below.
Getting the CSV Export: #
In Course Navigation, click the Grades link.
Click the Actions menu , then click the Export link .
When the export is completed, Quercus will download the CSV file automatically to your computer.
If you navigate away from the page during the export, the CSV file will appear as a previous download in the Actions menu so it can be downloaded again. The Gradebook will show the date and time you requested the export.
Adding a New Assignment Column and Grades to the CSV Export: #
Once you’ve downloaded the CSV, you can add a new column with a new assignment name and grades.
